Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the XRPL Testnet Playground at xrpl.work stores and sends when you use the service.
Last updated: 24 September 2026Testnet only
The playground is designed for disposable XRPL Testnet accounts and assets with no real-world value. Never import a Mainnet seed or a credential used for valuable assets. XRPL seeds are not tied to one network.
Wallet storage
If you generate or import a wallet, its seed is stored in your browser under xrpl_wallet_seed so the wallet can be restored after a refresh. It remains until you disconnect the wallet, clear site data, or remove it using browser tools.
The application does not intentionally include wallet seeds in analytics or error-monitoring events. Browser storage can still be accessed by JavaScript running on the same site, so only use a disposable Testnet credential.
Public XRPL Testnet activity
Transactions you submit are sent to the public XRPL Testnet and become part of its public ledger history. This can include account addresses, transaction amounts, token details, memos, and other fields you choose to submit.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is disabled until you select “Accept analytics.” If accepted, it may store analytics cookies and receive technical usage data such as page visits, device and browser information, and approximate network information. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled.
Your choice is stored locally under xrpl_analytics_consent_v1. You can change it at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the playground navigation. Rejecting analytics prevents the Google Analytics tag from loading and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies.
Error monitoring
Sentry is used in production for error monitoring. Session Replay, application logs, performance tracing, and custom metrics are disabled. Events are filtered before sending to remove wallet seeds, XRPL addresses, memos, signed transaction blobs, request bodies, cookies, authorization headers, query strings, and user identity fields.
Sentry may still process technical connection information required to receive an error event. Local development does not send Sentry events.
Service providers and external resources
